Legal Refund Policy

This policy describes the legal refund conditions applicable to purchases made on bellevraie.fr .
It is separate from our Return Policy and our Cancellation Policy, although some rules are related.
1. Refund under the legal right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code, if you exercise your right of withdrawal:
– You will be refunded the full amount paid , including standard delivery charges.
– The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after your request.
– or upon receipt of the returned products, if this occurs beforehand.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2. Refund under the Belle & Vraie® commercial policy (30 days)
Beyond the legal right (14 days), Belle & Vraie® offers you a commercial extension of 30 days .
Terms :
– The product must be in good condition, unused, complete, and returned in its packaging.
– Returns remain free .
– The refund is full , except in cases of abnormal use or damage.
3. Refund in case of defective or non-compliant product
In accordance with Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code (legal guarantee of conformity):
– Free replacement, or
– Full refund
No fees can be charged to the consumer.
Belle & Vraie® takes care of:
– return shipping costs
– the reshipping costs
– the costs associated with the defect or non-conformity
4. Refund in case of lost package
If the package is lost by the carrier:
– A new shipment can be offered, or
– A full refund
according to your choice.
The loss confirmation is made via our carrier.
5. Non-refundable items
In accordance with the law:
– Customized products
– Opened sealed products (hygiene, cosmetics, etc.)
– Products damaged upon receipt
– Products handled beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and proper functioning
These exceptions are strictly regulated by Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
6. Reimbursement deadlines
Once the product has been received and checked:
– The refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days.
– with a possible additional bank delay depending on the institutions
