Damaged, Delayed or Lost Package

Please attach photographs of the package and the product so that we can take immediate action.

Delayed or undelivered package

We ensure rigorous monitoring of each shipment.
In case of unusual delay or if the carrier confirms the loss:

– we will reship your order, or
– we will proceed with a full refund , according to your choice.
