ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage systems, databases, and general applications on a secure server protected by a firewall.

Payment :

If you choose a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card information. This data is encrypted in accordance with the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Your transaction information is only kept as long as necessary to complete your purchase, and then deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS standards, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.).

ARTICLE 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers we use only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.

Some third-party providers, such as payment gateways, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we need to share with them for purchase transactions. We recommend that you read their policies to understand how your data is processed.

It is important to note that some providers may be located in a jurisdiction different from ours or yours. Therefore, if you choose to proceed with a transaction using a third-party service, your data may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that provider is located.

  • _session_id : unique identifier, allows Shopify to retain session information.

  • _shopify_visit : used for internal statistics, kept for 30 minutes after the last visit.

  • _shopify_uniq : counts the number of visits from the same customer, expires at midnight the following day.

  • cart : unique identifier kept for 2 weeks, stores cart information.

  • _secure_session_id : unique, session identifier.

  • storefront_digest : unique identifier, used to verify access to the store if a password is enabled.


ARTICLE 8 – AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you declare that you are of legal age in your region or that you are of legal age and authorize the use of the site by your minor children.


ARTICLE 9 – CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. If significant changes are made, we will notify you here.

If our store is bought out or merges with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owner.
