1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 days – EU)
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
This period begins on:
– day of receipt of the product by you or a designated third party,
or, in the case of an order for several items delivered separately,
– from the day of receipt of the last product.
2. Extended Right of Withdrawal by Belle & Vraie® (30 days)
In addition to the legal right of 14 days, Belle & Vraie® voluntarily grants you an extended withdrawal period of 30 days from the receipt of your order.
This extended deadline does not affect your legal rights:
You benefit from a minimum of 14 days provided by law, and up to 30 days thanks to our commercial policy.
3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

5. Product Return Conditions
To be accepted under the right of withdrawal:
– the product must be returned in its original condition ;
– complete (accessories, instructions, labels);
– unused, undamaged;
– in suitable packaging.
Returns are free : a prepaid label will be provided to you after your request.
6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal (legal exceptions)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

Customized or made to your specifications.

Sealed , opened after delivery for hygiene reasons (makeup, skincare, underwear, etc.).

Susceptible to deterioration or rapid expiry.

Converted into a download or digital service started at the customer's request.
7. Reimbursement
Once the product has been received and checked:
– The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
– using the same payment method as the one used for the purchase
– at no extra cost
Return shipping costs are covered by Belle & Vraie® .
If the product has suffered depreciation due to excessive handling, a deduction may be applied (European law).
8. Returns of Defective or Damaged Products
Defective products are not covered by the right of withdrawal but by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code).
In this case :

– full refund
Belle & Vraie® covers all costs.
