9. Legal Guarantees
Applicable by right:
a) Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code)
Duration: 2 years
– repair, replacement or refund
b) Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)
Duration: 2 years from the discovery of the defect
Belle & Vraie® strictly applies these obligations.
10. Responsibility
Belle & Vraie® cannot be held responsible:
– due to misuse of the product,
– indirect damages,
– site interruptions,
– due to force majeure.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, images, texts and elements of the bellevraie.fr website are protected.
Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
